superglued figernail

For the past few days I just haven't been able to stop eating vanilla ice cream and raspberries. Mmm! So tasty. Sometimes being home alone isn't so good for me. I tend to eat all sorts of "really healthy" food. hahaha.

At the same time though... I really LOVE being home alone. I can take my time doing any and everything, and I am in nobody's way, and no one is in mine. Its lovely. I can stay up late, take long baths, watch movies, play my music really loud and sing along without anyone having to listen to me.

I had a wonderful day at work today. I actually had a pretty full day... for the first time in about 2 months. I am surprised sometimes that I miss work. This week has been full. I stacked a bunch of firewood, cleaned up my room, cleaned the kitchen. Went for a couple runs, and a couple walks. Booked my car for a fixer-uper next week.

I was so tired driving home from work today that I thought I was going to go right to bed as soon as I ate some supper. But then I had to try to find the CD for my printer that Jodie is borrowing for the year. Sadly I couldn't find it... and I ripped my room apart while trying to find it. So now I have to clean it again. darn! And then I got my second wind and made myself a nice supper. Unfortunately I chopped my finger instead of the veggies while making a salad. owchie! Thankfully it was my nail that I sliced instead of just my finger. But there was a lot of blood... so I obviously hit some flesh. The slice in my nail was too far down to cut my nail.... so I superglued it back together. Oh dear. I guess I'll see how grand my idea was when I try to work tomorrow!
